In supervision I aim to facilitate a safe, trusting and supportive environment where you can explore your practice. 

My supervision style is relational and encourages growth and autonomy through understanding, challenge and teaching.

I have a strong commitment to ethical practice and would inspire my supervisee's to develop their own evaluating process with reference to their ethical framework.

My supervision training - Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Counselling Supervision through Barnabas Counselling Training, accredited by the CPCAB.  My training is Humanistic and Integrative.   I use the Cyclical Model of Supervision.

I work with qualified counsellors and trainees.
